Are there items you do not wash?

We only wash clothing and bedding. We do not wash rugs, shoes, drapery or pet items. We do not wash clothing or bedding that has been exposed to fleas, ticks, lice, bed bugs or sand. We are not equipped to service laundry that has been exposed to hazardous waste or blood-borne diseases.

Can I drop my laundry off at a location?

We do not offer a customer drop-off location. We pride ourselves in offering a free pick-up and drop-off service.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 10% discount on laundry service to our residential customers that are 55 years of age and older or veterans.

How do I cancel my pick-up?

You can cancel your pick-up using the cancellation link in your pick-up confirmation email. You may also cancel by contacting us at 469.454.0704.

How do I schedule a pick up?

You can schedule a pick up by going to our Schedule a Pick-Up page. Enter your name, email, address and phone number. Then, click ‘Submit’ after you have agreed to the pickup. That’s it! You will receive a confirmation email.

How long does it take to return my laundry?

After successful pick-up, our normal turnaround is 48 – 72 hours. We have also been able to return fresh laundry in 24 hours!

What are your hours of operation?

We pick-up and deliver laundry Monday through Friday from 7am to 7pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm.

What if I am not home during the pick-up/drop-off?

If you are not available during your pick-up or drop-off times, you may designate a different person to act on your behalf. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.

What is the pick-up process? How long does it take?

The pick-up process is simple. Once you have bagged and inventoried your items, we simply weigh the laundry with a handheld scale. After the payment is received, we rush off to clean your laundry! The pick-up process usually takes 5 – 7 minutes. The process takes longer if your items have not been bagged and inventoried.

What is your service area?

Currently, our service area includes Downtown Dallas, Uptown, Oak Cliff, West Dallas, East Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, South Dallas, Duncanville, Desoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, Irving, Pleasant Grove, Glenn Heights, Bear Creek, Red Oak, Ovilla and Grand Prairie.

What laundry products do you use? What if I’m allergic?

We use all Tide laundry detergent and Downy Fabric softeners. If you are allergic to regular Tide laundry detergent, please let us know. We will use our Tide Free & Gentle detergent. We can opt not to use the Downy Fabric softeners at your wish.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal from our residential customers. We can accept checks from our commercial clients. We do not accept cash for residential or commercial.
